Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions & Hazardous

Due to transport regulations, alcohol-based products (including most perfumes and room sprays) are considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and are strictly prohibited from air transport.

  • All orders containing perfumes or room sprays must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.
  • We cannot ship these items to PO Boxes or internationally at this time.

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. BiteBeauty.com offers FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes). Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Orders $35 and over always ship Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

Damages & Issues

We pack our glass vessels carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at  hello@smellofsweetscents.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on BiteBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Jolie Customer Service to track your order.
